Terms of Service

1. Parties

These terms apply between Cormsor LLC (Wyoming, USA — the "Service Provider"), the operator of cormsor.ai ("Cormsor AI"), and any natural or legal person who uses the service (the "User").

2. Description of the service

Cormsor AI is a general-purpose AI assistant that brings multiple AI models together behind a single interface. The service offers:

• Text generation (writing, translation, summarisation, research, code, creative writing)
• Image generation
• Music generation
• Video generation
• Web search and synthesis of fresh information

The service is hosted on secure servers in Europe (within the EU data-protection regime).

3. Service limits (important)

Cormsor AI is an information + generation tool. It does not perform:

• Medical diagnosis, drug-dose recommendations, or treatment planning
• Predictions of case outcomes, statutory interpretation, or contractual legal analysis
• Investment advice, stock/crypto picks, or portfolio guidance
• Voice cloning of real people, defamatory content
• Guidance on child sexual abuse material, weapons/explosives, or drug manufacture

4. Disclaimer

AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information ("hallucinations"). The User accepts full responsibility for any decisions taken on the basis of AI outputs. The Service Provider is not liable for actions taken in reliance on those outputs.

5. User obligations

• The User confirms that they are over 18, or under the supervision of a parent/guardian
• The User agrees to provide accurate information
• The User agrees not to use the service for unlawful purposes
• The User agrees not to abuse the system with automated tools (bots, scrapers)
• The User agrees not to create fake accounts or to use multiple free accounts to bypass quotas

6. Prohibited uses

• Manufacture of illegal drugs, weapons, or explosives
• Identity fraud, impersonation, or scam content
• Child sexual abuse material / content involving minors
• DoS, exploit, or scraping attacks against the service
• Copyright / trademark infringement
• Hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence

7. Usage limits

Text chat is free of charge. Media generation (image, music, video) is subject to a daily trial allowance on the free tier and a monthly fair-use quota on the premium tier.

Media generation (image, music, video) requires Google sign-in; guest users have access only to text chat.

Chat (text) limits reset on a 24-hour cycle. Premium media quotas (image, music, video) reset every 30 days, aligned with the subscription cycle. The Service Provider reserves the right to change limits and pricing with prior notice.

Premium monthly quota model: the user spends at their own pace — all at once at the start of the cycle, or spread across the month. Unused quota does not roll over to the next period.

8. Intellectual property

The design, brand, and logo of Cormsor AI belong to the Service Provider. The User's prompts and the responses they receive belong to the User; the right to temporarily process this data for service delivery is granted (see Privacy Policy).

The copyright status of AI-generated images, music, and text depends on the laws of the country in which they are used (in the United States, this remains unsettled). The User accepts responsibility for the commercial use of any content they produce.

9. Suspension of service

In the event of a breach of these terms, the Service Provider may suspend access without notice. The User may at any time request account deletion by writing to [email protected].

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notification.

11. Governing law

Cormsor LLC is incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Users in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and other jurisdictions retain their mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rights under applicable local law (including GDPR, NDPR, POPIA, and DPA 2019).
